Juridische verklaring
Het materiaal op deze Site wordt door SCA als een service aan haar klanten ter beschikking gesteld en mag uitsluitend ter informatie worden gebruikt. Met betrekking tot het downloaden van exemplaren ervan gelden de onderstaande bepalingen.
Door het downloaden van materiaal van deze Site stemt u in met deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden.
Informatie m.b.t. merken
Alle rechten ten aanzien van de namen, logo’s en merken afgebeeld op deze Site berusten bij SCA, haar groepsmaatschappijen, of haar licentiehouders.
SCA’s merken mogen niet worden gebruikt zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van SCA. Dit geldt ook voor gebruik in reclame voor en promotie van producten van SCA.
Beperkt gebruik/licentie voor één exemplaar
De content op deze Site, zoals tekst, grafische vormgeving, logo’s, knoppictogrammen, afbeeldingen, audioclips en software, is beschermd op grond van de Auteurswet, de Databankenwet en andere toepasselijke wetgeving. Alle rechten ten aanzien van de content berusten bij SCA, haar groepsmaatschappijen of haar licentiegevers.
Deze Site of een gedeelte van deze Site mag niet worden gekopieerd, verveelvoudigd, verkocht, doorverkocht of anderszins commercieel worden geëxploiteerd dan uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk door SCA is toegestaan. U mag één exemplaar van de informatie op SCA-Sites uitsluitend voor eigen, niet-commercieel, intern gebruik op één enkele computer downloaden.
U mag de content niet voor commerciële doeleinden wijzigen, gebruiken of overdragen; evenmin mag u verklaringen m.b.t. het auteursrecht of andere eigendomsrechtelijke verklaringen uit de content schrappen.

Afwijzing van garanties
De informatie in deze voorwaarden is “as is” zonder enigerlei expliciete of impliciete garantie, waaronder garanties van verkoopbaarheid, niet-inbreuk op intellectuele eigendomsrechten of geschiktheid voor een specifiek doel. Indien SCA een koppeling naar een externe webpagina opneemt, is een dergelijke koppeling uitsluitend bedoeld ten dienste van de gebruiker en is SCA niet aansprakelijk voor de content of nauwkeurigheid van de informatie op deze webpagina.
In geen geval is SCA aansprakelijk voor ongeacht welke schade, zoals, maar niet beperkt tot, schade als gevolg van winstderving, onderbreking van bedrijfsactiviteiten of verlies van informatie voortvloeiend uit het gebruik of onvermogen tot gebruik van de informatie, zelfs indien SCA van de mogelijkheid van dergelijke schade op de hoogte gesteld is.

SCA mag te allen tijde zonder kennisgeving wijzigingen in deze content of de daarin beschreven producten aanbrengen. Door de gebruiker ingezonden materiaal
Materiaal, informatie of andere communicatie dat/die u naar deze Site stuurt of erop plaatst, wordt beschouwd als niet-vertrouwelijk, niet-exclusief, vrij van royalty’s en onherroepelijk (“Communicatie”). SCA heeft geen verplichtingen ten aanzien van de Communicatie anders dan dwingendrechtelijk uit toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving voortvloeien.
Het staat SCA vrij om Communicatie, met inbegrip van alle gegevens, afbeeldingen, geluiden, tekst en al hetgeen hierin vervat is voor alle mogelijk commerciële en niet-commerciële doeleinden openbaar te maken, te kopiëren, distribueren, op te nemen en/of anderszins te gebruiken.
Op de verwerking door SCA van door u naar deze Site of anderszins naar SCA verzonden persoonsgegevens, is de Privacy- en Cookiebeleid hieronder van toepassing.
U mag geen Communicatie plaatsen die kan worden beschouwd als aanstootgevend of een inbreuk op de privacy van anderen of die kan worden beschouwd als commerciële marketing of die op enigerlei wijze illegaal, onrechtmatig of ongepast is. SCA behoudt zich het recht voor dergelijke Communicatie te verwijderen en om u in dat geval uit te sluiten als gebruiker van onze Site of service.
Voor het gebruik van externe service, zoals Facebook, kunnen de externe voorwaarden ook van toepassing zijn. Zo verklaart Facebook zijn “Voorwaarden en beleidsregels” geldig voor alle bezoekers en gebruikers van Facebook, en we raden u aan om deze voorwaarden voorafgaand aan het gebruik van een dergelijke externe service door te lezen.
Overige
SCA mag deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden te allen tijde herzien door deze geplaatste versie bij te werken.
SCA behoudt zich te allen tijde geheel naar eigen goeddunken en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving het recht voor tot (1) wijzigen van deze Juridische Verklaring; (2) controleren en verwijderen van geplaatst materiaal; en/of (3) niet meer beschikbaar stellen van de Site.
Indien blijkt dat een begrip, voorwaarde of bepaling in deze Juridische verklaring onwettig, ongeldig, nietig of om ongeacht welke reden onuitvoerbaar blijkt te zijn, worden de geldigheid en uitvoerbaarheid van de overige begrippen, voorwaarden en bepalingen op geen enkele wijze beïnvloed of aangetast.
